✅ Can foreigners attend?
Yes. Anyone can attend the airshow.
There are no special restrictions for foreign visitors.
🚶 Access (Important)
- No shuttle bus available
- Walk from the nearest station (about 20–30 minutes)
The route is very simple.
Just follow Route 36 along the sidewalk toward the base.
There will be many people walking in the same direction, so
👉 you can simply follow the crowd and you won’t get lost.
You will enter through a temporary gate along this route.
🎒 Security Check & Rules
There is a security check at the entrance.
Bring:
- ID (passport or any official identification)
Do NOT bring:
- Alcohol
- Dangerous items
👟 What to Bring (Recommended)
- Comfortable walking shoes (very important)
- Water / drinks (vending machines exist, but don’t rely on them)
- Sun protection (hat, sunscreen, or parasol)
- Folding chair (if you have one)
🪑 Inside the Base
- You can move freely after entering
- Sit anywhere you like to watch the show
Hangar (indoor area):
- Has shade and seating
- But aircraft visibility is limited
👉 Good for rest, not ideal for watching flights
🚉 After the Event (Important)
The station will be very crowded after the show.
👉 Buy your return ticket in advance if possible
🚻 Toilets
Toilets are widely available around the venue and are easy to find.
They are well distributed, so long lines are usually not a major issue.
✈️ Where to Watch Blue Impulse
The ブルーインパルス performance is usually best viewed from the central area of the venue.
Many formations cross overhead around this area, giving you a better viewing experience.
